The Big Gun EVO U Series Slip-On Exhaust for the Can-Am Renegade 850/1000 is designed for utility and sport utility ATVs, delivering significant horsepower and torque gains. It produces a deep, throaty tone and is built for riders who want improved performance and sound. Constructed with a high-temperature black, thermal-coated aluminum muffler and a black powder-coated stainless steel end tip that dissipates heat, this exhaust is built for durability. It features a 304 stainless steel mid-pipe and head pipe, along with a TIG-welded reinforced muffler bracket. The slip-fit design allows movement between the mid-pipe and silencer, preventing cracking due to subframe movement. Lighter than the stock exhaust, the EVO U Series has a sleek design for maximum clearance. It includes a Vortex Quiet insert and a removable, screen-type USFS-approved spark arrestor. Additionally, it has a quick-change billet end cap for easy spark arrestor insertion. A one-year limited manufacturer’s warranty is included.
