Description
- Steel front sprockets are precision-manufactured and induction-hardened to precise tolerances to improve concentricity and provide a stonger, quieter and longer-lasting sprocket
- Plated to resist corrosion
- F5 PTFE black is built for endurance and is hard anodized with jet-black dye, then coated with PTFE for added lubricity
- CAT5 are CNC-manufactured to the tightest tolerances with a unique tooth design: color anodizing which excludes the sweeps, mud grooves and teeth for a flash of color
- Steel rear sprockets are made from carbon steel and electroplated with a satin black finish that resists corrosion; teeth are hardened so sprocket will hold up to many miles, without affecting strength
- Steel rear sprockets are also cupped down from the tooth ring to body to reduce as much weight as possible
