Description
The Cometic Clutch Cover Gasket is designed with AFM (Aluminum Foam Material), a chemically blown nitrile synthetic rubber bonded to an aluminum core. This material provides superior sealing strength, high torque retention, and excellent temperature resistance exceeding 250°F. The aluminum core prevents gasket movement or leaks, even in engines with limited sealing surfaces. This gasket requires no additional sealants or silicone beads, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for re-torquing. Its non-stick properties make removal quick and easy, saving time during servicing. The gasket is also crafted from an aramid fiber-blend for added durability and ease of use.
