The Cometic Top End Gasket Kit is engineered for Polaris 488 Trail, RMK, SKS, and ES models from 1986 to 1999. This kit includes all necessary gaskets and O-rings for a complete top end rebuild. Constructed from spring steel or graphite, Cometic gaskets provide superior sealing, durability, and resistance to fuels, coolants, and oils. Multi-layered steel (MLS) head gaskets ensure even torque load, minimizing bore distortion and enhancing piston ring seal for optimal engine performance. Designed to meet the demands of high-horsepower engines, these gaskets promote efficient heat dissipation, preventing hot spots and gasket failure. Made in the USA.
