The KYB Excel-G Front Shocks and Struts are designed to restore the original ride control, stability, stopping power, lane change responsiveness, and handling of BMW 318 Series (1983-1992) and BMW 325 models (1984-1988). As a nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube design, the Excel-G uses high-quality OE components and is manufactured on the same assembly lines as KYB’s original equipment parts. This ensures that the performance matches the vehicle’s original capabilities. Preferred by professional technicians, the Excel-G is classified as Original Equipment for the Aftermarket (OEA). For added protection from dirt and debris, consider using the KYB Strut Boot, part number SB101.
